MUTP53LOAD stands forMutant p53 Loss Of Activity Database. MUTP53LOAD is a totally new database that gathrered in a single repository functional data on p53 Mutants. Data have been extracted manually from the literature to prevent inacuracy and errors associated with automatic datamining. Due to the complexity of the p53 protein and the high number of heterogeneous activities associated with mutant p53, loss of function have been grouped in 4 categories: Transcription, Structure, Cell Biology and Gain of function. |
