Phenotype table:
this table includes all available data about the phenotype. These data are stored in two fields: symptom and severity. An unlimited number of symptoms ca be recorded for one patient. Furtheremore, to simplify the input, an import routine is available and each LSDB has its own excel sheet to collect these data.
To facilitate the access to the symptoms spelling, a glossary link is available in the search window of each LSDB.
